I’m walking through an empty parking lot, holding my phone to my ear, shifting from quiet tears to belly laughter, but not really caring about the nearby neighbors and their quizzical looks. This was one of the many coaching moments I’ve experienced with Fabienne Moore that helped me put my hands on my life steering wheel and turn toward health, integrity, and wholeness.

I’m a coach and a communication consultant, and I trust a less-than-a-handful-number of coaches to hold the space for me and accept coaching from them. Fabienne is The top of my list.

Every time we enter a coaching space, I relax, knowing that she is standing next to me, looking with me at the issue at hand. I know that her questions will shine a light where I didn’t even know there was a shadow and that whatever is ready to emerge will be held with first tenderness, then wisdom for what to do next. For anyone lucky enough to get a spot in her vibrant coaching practice, I congratulate them and smile. I trust they will be in for a transformative experience leaving them a more expansive, integral, and thriving version of themselves than before they began.

I had been feeling overwhelmed and a bit “stuck.” I like my job, but have felt frustrated. I was struggling to find my “authentic” self. This was further frustrating as I have worked really hard to become incredibly transparent and authentic in my personal life. So the idea that I wasn’t doing that on my professional side, wasn’t sitting well.

Dr. Moore helped me peel back my layers and discover what was causing the imbalances within me. She was supportive, nonjudgmental, authentic and so, so incredibly wise. I liken her to a female Yoda. Dr. Moore helped me to establish a tactical plan to help manage work stress and home life. Through our discovery, she and I landed on a few solid recommendations for me to implement to improve my overall wellbeing. As a mother and an executive in my company, this was one of the best things I’ve done for myself that will benefit both areas of my life.

What changed after working with Fabienne? Quite simply, everything.

I quickly found that my opening question, why am I stunted, wasn’t my actual question at all.  Fabienne led me much deeper than my initial surface-level question and to a place that allowed for self-discovery of what truly brings me fulfillment.  I walked away from our engagement with a clearer sense of self and concrete ways in which I could move toward authentic satisfaction within and outside of the setting of my career.

I recommend Fabienne without reservation.  Not only is she insightful and thoughtful, but she is also gifted at leading from alongside, enabling you to arrive at your own solutions all the while creating an environment of accountability.  Fabienne’s coaching is perfect for anyone willing to be open, to be contemplative, and to actively engage in their own growth.

I had never worked with a coach before Fabienne and wasn’t sure how receptive or trusting I would be of the process. Now I wish that I could have a coach all of the time!

Fabienne really helped me to create a mental model of what I am working in – not just toward, where I am, what is realistic and what is important… Coaching has really taught me how to be more thoughtful about these choices.  I still mess it up, but I am now able to recognize when I fall off course and redirect.

Fabienne’s kindness and patience helped me to understand how I can change my habits and tendencies, rather than just change my actions. She helped me think about how to consider choices differently.  This is very rewarding.

I had clarity on coaching and knew that I wanted to work with Fabienne before we began. And after just four sessions together, I’m experiencing greater courage and clarity--knowing my needs and boundaries and that they matter.

Fabienne has this beautiful presence.  She holds safe (and fun) space by honoring emotions (paying attention to them…ugh) and offering great analogies to help me see and understand. She guided me to uncover my truths and then name what I needed to better live in honor of me, being honest with myself, honoring my needs, and setting clear boundaries by stating them.
